This was my first visit to Caro for a foot surgery consultation. I was nervous about this appointment but was pleasantly surprised by the nice comfortable office and all the friendly personnel that greeted me. The staff is very efficient, accommodating and, professional. There was no waiting time and I got in right away. Dr. Joe is a wonderful person. He spoke to me at length about the procedure that he would perform and did not push me in anyway to rush into things. He is very kind and empathetic and takes the time to listen and explain. I am very happy about this appointment , and excited to see the results of my surgery. I feel very confident about Dr. Joe and his staff.

Spent time to go over complicated feet issue...had lots of suggestions until test results came in. We went over options . I think he was very professional and helpful.

Once we were seen the doctor is great would recommend him over and over.didnt care for how long it took us to be seen have to work on that one.

When I needed to be seen for a In grown toe nail, I didn't have any idea of where to go. So my PCP recommend the foot and ankle Specialist in Caro. I called and got in the very next day! The office staff were very friendly and caring, but I was blown away with Dr. Joe he was Super friendly, and very approachable he explained what needed to be done and exactly how he was going to help me. He came in smiling and put me right at ease, no it was painless but after 1 week it's almost healed and it will never bother me again. I appreciate being able to be seen the very next day and I thanked the girls at the reception desk, but I also need to thank Dr. Joe and let them all know that the Atmosphere in the office is truly remarkable. I was taken care of by the Whole Team! Great job all.

I would highly recommend Dr. Rose, he is very knowledgeable and has pleasant personality. After just 2 visits, I have much needed pain relief for plantar fascitis. I wish I would have found him sooner. Thank you Dr. Rose.

After meeting Dr. Lisa Burson, I was very comfortable with her. She asked me questions about what was going on with me. She explained things to me and what she wanted to do for me in my visit. Can't wait to see results from my visits. Dr. Lisa and the staff are very good with their patients.

Dr Burson is absolutely wonderful. She is knowledgeable, personable and gave me a true sense of “here is a doctor I can trust and feel comfortable with.” I have been wrestling with the decision to have bunion surgery for years. Had seen another doctor about it but felt like I was just another patient to rush in, say hi and leave with coattails flying behind him. Dr Burson wasn’t like that. She made me feel like my problem is worth her taking time to listen and I felt reassured and confident I am in good and capable hands. I gave her 5 stars because she deserves it. I highly recommend her if you have any foot problems.
